All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers using internationally accepted payment modes such as SWIFT, Letters of Credit (LC), or Telegraphic Transfers (TT). Exporters United does not act as a financial intermediary.
We provide the digital infrastructure, branding consistency, and marketplace visibility to connect exporters and buyers worldwide. We do not interfere in contractual agreements between parties.
PEP Global Online enforces a mandatory pre-shipment inspection service. This includes visual verification of product quantity, type, workmanship, materials, branding, packaging, and overall conformity before shipment.
Buyers receive a comprehensive inspection report with high-resolution photos and a short video walk-through of the goods, packaging, and shipment condition.
No. The inspection is visual only. Buyers may request independent laboratory testing if required for regulatory compliance.
In case of discrepancies, the inspection report (photos/videos) serves as the primary evidence. Disputes are resolved under Exporters United’s dispute resolution policy, aligned with international arbitration standards.
